There will be an additional charge of $1.00 for each minute a child is not picked up by 6:00pm

Payment & Tuition

Payments accepted are cash, personal check. money order, cashier’s check, credit card.
Payments are made via the payment portal.

Payments may be paid in advance for the year. Those who pay their entire tuition for the year when registering shall receive a 5% discount

For convenience, however, arrangements may be made for payments in monthly installments as listed in the tuition rates section. The last (10th) monthly installment payment is scheduled to be in May. Tuition is due on or before the 5th of each month for those who pay in installments. Students are not permitted to take mid-term or fina1 exams if their tuition is not paid in full. Final report cards or transfers will not be issued to those with delinquent accounts. Graduating students’ accounts must be paid in full in order to participate in graduation activities. Payments submitted after May 5th must be submitted in cash, money order, or cashier’s check. (No Personal Checks)

Registration for New/Returning Scholars

Registration is ongoing.  Please call (410) 542-6758 for an appointment. Registration fee is  $550 per scholar (new/returning) Parents receive an early discount on registration when enrolling their child(ren) during early registration through July 1st and will pay $400.

Registration is not considered complete until:

  • all records and forms have been received and reviewed.
  • Financial contract has been reviewed and signed with the business manager
  • and the admission application (if applicable), registration fee, and 1st-month tuition payment have been received.
